In order to manage the various types of risks in your organization and the various factors to be controlled in terms of occupational health and safety, organizations must implement a management system or a prevention program.
This system or program is comprised of various activities that allow risk to be managed, such as various procedures, risk and compliance analyses, training programs and health and safety regulations.
If managers are to understand these health and safety management systems, they must be as simple and realistic as possible. My approach consists in using what you have, simplifying it as much as possible, where feasible, and helping you strategically set up the missing components (if necessary).
I also set up control loops and continuous improvement of your management system in order to avoid endless restarts and the eventual collapse of your performance.
